- Developing and implementing programs and projects for application and development for
the MDR: Through cooperation activities amongst stakeholders in the network, as a result will
promote forming and implementation of Programs, projects for the development of the region. CTU
is an important “bridge” for programs, project. Projects can be signed at the Forum, or during the
implementation of SDMD.
- Develop information and data exploitation center for development of the MDR: Through the
TC2 Project of JICA (Japan) at CTU. Information and data exploitation center for development of the MD
will be developed and operated, and continue to advance within the framework of SDMD. The function
of the Center is to collect, store, analyze and share data, information and documents; consulting users
through various means, especially cyberspace, 4.0 Technology; and connecting partners, domestically
and internationally. The Center will continuously and dynamically operate in an effective way within
the framework of the SDMD 2045 forum.

7.2.5 CTU’s Contribution to the MD Society

As explained in the Chapter 8.1.1, CTU continuously endeavors to contribute to the MD society. At
the SDMD Symposium, CTU proposed the SDMD Declaration. The key points of the declaration are
summarized as follows:
