The study will focus on topic of “Quality management of shrimp industry in the Mekong Delta” with specific
objectives as follow: i) to determine current status and roles of shrimp industry; ii) to evaluate small-scale shrimp
production models in the Mekong Delta; iii) to analyze quality management processes in shrimp value chain in the
Mekong Delta; iv) to built upgrading strategies for shrimp value chain in the Mekong Delta.
