               The below is a collection of selected comments given by leaders of the research programs, which
            may be useful for planning of future research and educational activities.
            1) Agriculture

              Understanding and orienting for future research to all staff members.

              Transferring academic, career, motivations and personal interests to students and colleagues.
              Fostering critical thinking and analytical abilities for students.

              Improving morale and discipline in working
              The strongest point of the project is to connect 3 parties: Japanese universities - CTU and localities
              In some cases, it is difficult to apply techniques learned in Japan because of the lack or absence of
                 chemicals, facilities, etc. in Viet Nam.

              The unfavorable impacts are that many outputs make stressed the leader. The output should be not
                 so much like that.
