The below is a collection of selected comments given by leaders of the research programs, which
may be useful for planning of future research and educational activities.
1) Agriculture
Understanding and orienting for future research to all staff members.
Transferring academic, career, motivations and personal interests to students and colleagues.
Fostering critical thinking and analytical abilities for students.
Improving morale and discipline in working
The strongest point of the project is to connect 3 parties: Japanese universities - CTU and localities
In some cases, it is difficult to apply techniques learned in Japan because of the lack or absence of
chemicals, facilities, etc. in Viet Nam.
The unfavorable impacts are that many outputs make stressed the leader. The output should be not
so much like that.
