4.3.3 Contents of Survey
1) Methods
The survey was conducted by questionnaire and interview. Target groups of survey are the students,
CTU lecturers (incl. co-lecturers), CTU managing staff and Japanese lecturers engaged in the New
Master’s Programs. The survey was implemented under the management and support by the Quality
Management Center of CTU, particularly in making, collecting and consolidating the questionnaire.
In the questionnaire, level of satisfaction is rated on a scale of 1 to 5 as below:
