                              1.  Identifying the negative impacts of saline water intrusion and drought on soil nutrients, physio-chemical and biological
                                 changes, green house emission and crop production
                                 => Objective: This study is conducted to improve soil productivity and properties under saline intrusion condition and to
                                 alleviate salt and drought stress impacts on crop growth in the dry season in the Mekong Delta.

                              2.  Soil management practices for improving the sustainability of rice-shrimp farming systems in the Mekong Delta
                                 => Objective: This study aims to evaluate the negative effects of current rice-shrimp farming systems subjected to rice
                                 cultivation and promote better soil management practices for improving sustainability of rice–shrimp farming systems in the
                                 Mekong Delta, Viet Nam.
