In this chapter, brief stories of core activities are described to elucidate key factors that have affected
implementation and outcomes. Nine core activities that are interlinked in the Project are explained
individually in the following chapter;

② Research (Joint Research),
③ Outreach (Technology Transfer),
④ JSUC’s Contribution,
⑤ Human Resource Development (HRD),
⑥ Infrastructure (Facilities with Equipment),
⑦ Technical and Administration System,
⑧ Internationalization, and
⑨ Public Relation/Publication.
