3.2.3 Key Factors in the implementation
The three Master’s Programs were launched in 2018 with the supports of Japanese professors as
lecturers. The first program (Climate Change and Sustainable Tropical Agriculture) has recruited
three courses of students with a total number of 96s; the second program (Climate Change and Delta
Management) has enrolled one course with 14 students; and the third program (Climate Change and
