Chapter 5 Voices from CTU’s Staff and Students

As one of the first students of the program, I am very grateful for CTU, JICA, and all professors. The
course was organized very carefully, creating the best conditions for students to study. I hope that the
following courses will overcome difficulties before the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic.
In the coming time, with a master’s degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Tropical Agriculture,
with the trained knowledge and working position in the locality, I commit to actively participate in
transferring knowledge, awareness on climate change and sustainable tropical agriculture to the local
community. By this, we help them raise awareness and gradually transform their production towards
more sustainable, improved living standards and climate change adaptation.

I firmly believe that the success of the master’s program in Climate Change and Sustainable Tropical
Agriculture will contribute to the sustainable development of the MDR following Resolution No. 120/
NQ/CP of the Vietnamese Government.
