On March 30 , 2021, CTU organized a symposium with stakeholders in the MD. The topic was
“Sustainable Development of the Mekong Delta
(SDMD-2021) - Agriculture, Aquaculture and
Environment under Climate Change”. Participants
(195) were mainly from the MD: 12 provinces,
companies, other universities, CTU staff, and
students.
CTU presented the outputs of the activities of
the Project and climate change impacts on the
MD’s agriculture and aquaculture.
Current climate-change issues of the MD
were presented by stakeholders from local
governments, companies and a university.
SDMD-2021 Symposium
During the symposium, Q and A sheets were
(Prof. Dr. Ha Thanh Toan, Rector of CTU)
distributed.
Table in below shows some comments from participants on “expectation to university”, through
which collaboration with key stakeholders was reconfirmed.
