[Note]
(1). The above data are obtained from the list of collaboration partners provided
by CoA, CAF and CENRes in Sep. 2020.
(2). The same company/organization in different research programs is counted
independently.
(3). “Community” means any group or association of farmers/fishermen.
*The achievement level of the Indicator 4) is high since almost all Joint Research
Programs have created many new networks with industries, local government and
communities through the implementation of the programs.
[Note] The Project did not specify the actual number of target levels before starting the TC Project.
Therefore, it is not always easy to clarify the achievement by comparing the target level and actual
result. The purpose of joint research activities is to enhance the university’s capacity. Academic
environment in both education and research is still strengthening for the improvement under the
Improvement Project of ODA Loan. Therefore, the decision of target level depended on the situations of
academic environment in three fields. Without a clear target level, the project in general was effectively
implemented with visible and invisible outputs.
c) A point worthy of special mention related to the Component 1 for Research
CTU Regulation on Ethics in Animal Experimentation
1) Purpose This Regulation shall provide the necessary requirements regarding the conduct
of animal experiments in order to ensure that the ethical and humane care and
the use of animals for scientific purposes at CTU are properly conducted.
