Chapter 2 Results of Technical Cooperation Project

2.1.2 Inputs by Vietnamese side

The following inputs have been provided by the Vietnamese side to the Project as planned described

in RD (signed on Nov. 16 , 2015).
Components Inputs
Project Director: 1 person (Vice Rector of CTU)
Project Manager: 1 person (Vice Rector of CTU)
Other counterpart personnel and staff members related to the Project:
A total of 213 persons. The breakdown is as follows:
a) 11 members of Rector Board
b) 36 members of PMU (including three colleges of CoA, CAF and CENRes)

Allocation of c) 17 members of Supporting Units
Counterparts d) 40 leaders of the Joint Research Programs

e) 21 co-lecturers and managing staff for the new master’s programs

f) 13 persons of the New Master’s Programs Committee
g) 08 task force members for Regulations & Ethics on Animal Experiment
h) 23 task force members for Laboratory Regulations and Safety
i) 07 committee members for Scheme Drafting for Center of Common Use

Equipment
j) 37 committee and task force members for SDMD-Outlook 2045

a) Suitable office space with necessary equipment, electricity, telephone line
internet access, etc.
Facility and
Equipment b) Supply or replacement of machinery, equipment, instruments, vehicles, tools,
spare parts and any other materials necessary for the implementation of the
Project other than the equipment provided by JICA.
a) Running expenses necessary for the implementation of the Project.
Local cost b) Expenses necessary for transportation of the equipment within Viet
Nam referred to above 2.1.1 as well as for the installation, operation and
maintenance.
Others a) Credentials or identification cards.

b) Available data (including maps and photographs) and information related to
the Project.
2.2 Outputs

Performances of the Project activities are described below. The activities of each Output are listed
according to the PDM. Planned schedule of each activity shown below is at the beginning of the Project
