=> Comprehending the way of managing and disbursing ODA Loan Budget.
2. Involving "Private Sector Entities" into JRP wit h flexibility to utilize their skills and know-how for the development of Mekong Delta area.
=> Best combination of "Academic - oriented research" and "Bussiness -oriented research" for CTU's susta inable development.
