As for the short-term training, technical and management training was implemented for academic
and administrative staff. A total of 35 and 53 trainees were trained under TC project and ODA loan
project, respectively. Overall, the proportion of teaching staff with graduate degrees and doctorate
degrees is currently 100% and 47%, respectively (as of June 2021).

3.7 Infrastructure

3.7.1 Brief Outline

To improve the conditions for education and research, investment has been made for the components
of the facility construction and procurement of research equipment in the CTU Improvement Project
(ODA loan project). The construction component consists of four facilities components:
i) Advanced Technology Laboratory,
ii) Research Laboratory Complex,
iii) Net houses,
iv) Hatcheries.
