3.7.3 Future Expectation (Expected Outcomes)

The accomplishments from the new invested infrastructures shall highlight CTU attraction points
to more students, researchers and businesses, both domestically and globally. CTU will continue to
flourish as an internationally recognized institute in education, research and technology transfer,
raising the CTU’s prominent position in scientific research, especially in the target fields of agriculture,
aquaculture/fisheries and environment.

The consolidation of the modern and advanced working conditions in CTU shall enhance the
employee morale by bringing in more promising potentials and opportunities, while enabling more
lecturers and students to participate in research activities, with final outcomes to be widely applied in
the MD and extended region. The facility component shall serve as the most tangible icons of the proud
collaboration relationship between Viet Nam and Japan at CTU, represent a long-standing history and
open for more prospective cooperation in the near future.
