Chapter 3 Key Factors affecting Implementation and Outcomes

            3.8 Technical and Administration System

3.8.1 Key Factor-1: System to maximize Experiences and Knowledge to
                     Other Staff

Training in Japan is beneficial to not only the participants but also their co-workers. For example,
seven (7) staff members of CTU had a chance to receive the following training in Japan nearly
            simultaneously in 2019 under the TC Project scheme;

               - ICT and Publication management,
               - Human resources management,
               - Academic and curriculum management,
            and

               - QA/QM of education.

Before their departure to Japan ( ⓐ ),
            these trainees prepare the presentation
            materials to explain relevant management
systems in CTU, and discussed how to
            maximize the training.

               During the training ( ⓑ ),

they gave a presentation about their
achievements, and reported them to the
            Project online.

After their return to CTU ( ⓒ ), PMU
organized a seminar to share their
experience with other staff members to
maximize the efficacy of the training in
            Japan.

               The remarkable efficacy can be
substantiated by the fact that a number
of novel systems for research publication
and quality management are being used in
many administrative offices of CTU. Examples of Training in Japan
                                                                    - Full utilization of training for CTU-
