collaboration for all stakeholders in and outside Viet Nam. Through continued effort to conduct top-
tier, unique and attractive research and education, CTU will become a hub of higher education network,
which is certainly conducive to internationalization of CTU.

3.9.3 International Symposium

Today, various types of online systems are frequently and effectively used in CTU with the support
from the Project. This accelerates the internationalization of CTU. These online systems enable
communication and exchanging ideas throughout the country and the world. A good example is a
trilateral symposium (Japan-Italy-Viet Nam; KIT - Univ. of Verona - CTU) under the strong initiative
of Prof. K. KAMEI (KIT), a member of JSUC, supported by Assoc. Prof. L.V. Dung (CTU). International
and national communication through online systems should continue to spur different types of joint
research.
