The education committee and CTU members of the project visited local governments in
the MD, and explained how the 3 new master’s courses are well suitable for further studies of
local government officers, especially staff in charge of climate change and its related issues.
Because of a series of these efforts by CTU and the Project, the number of applicants from
local governments expecting to enter these courses suddenly increased. CTU is still receiving
the demand to enter those courses from local governments.
